ST. PETERSBURG, FL – An exclusive underground dinner series called Noctivore is coming to Tampa Bay. The series is being hosted by Chef Mario Brugnoli and the founders of Volta Wine + Market. Brugnoli previously worked with acclaimed Chef Michael Mina and his restaurant group in St. Petersburg at Locale Market and as Sous Chef at Michelin-starred Rocca before launching his own concept: Eat Art Love.

The first two dinners held in October are already sold out with the next date available on Nov. 6. Each dinner will be limited to only ten to twelve communal seats and will comprise at least seven courses plus wine pairings, completed by an intimate ambiance, curated music, and a sharp focus on hospitality.

“We envisioned noctivore to feel like something you weren’t supposed to find—an experience meant to be secretive and intimate, as much about fleeting indulgence as a fine dining experience, burning hot and then gone as quickly as it arrived,” says Pace.

“With noctivore we want you to leave full – feeling like you experienced something that changed the way you think about dining out in the Tampa Bay, beyond a dinner out at a nice restaurant,” -Chef Mario Brugnoli

The cuisine is Florida-centric and specifically rooted in Tampa Bay. Featured products will include organic Brick Street Farms, St. Pete Microgreens, Blumenberry Farms in Sarasota, and Anastasia Gold caviar from Evans Farm in Pierson, FL.

Wines will be sourced by accomplished sommelier Zach Pace. Pace’s experience includes  two-Michelin-star experience and a specialized WSET Diploma in Wines, as well as the titles of Certified Wine Educator for the Society of Educators and French Wine Scholar/Certified Educator from the Wine Scholar Guild.

Volta Wine + Market is coming soon to 400 Central in downtown St. Pete. It will be a fine wine shop & urban grocery founded by Zach Pace & Rachelle Tomushev, veteran entrepreneurs with decades of hospitality and branding experience.

Tickets are $182 + 18 percentservice charge + tax for seven courses (including caviar) and all wine pairings. 18 percent service charge is automatically added to the ticket price at the time of purchase. A sample menu is available online.

Tickets will be released to email subscribers first and will likely sell out quickly. Guests can sign up to be on the list at noctivo.re and be the first people to know about future ticket releases.
