For those who don’t know, a macaron is a meringue-based cookie sandwich usually made from egg whites, almond four, and sugar.

Chef Rosana Rivera is a successful entrepreneur and Chef in the Tampa Bay area with over 17 years of experience, co-creating the culinary vision behind some of the area’s favorite eateries including Piquant, Xilo Mexican, and Chef & the Baker, among others.

Tickets are $24 for the class.
