Ready to get your eat on? The Taste of South Tampa is back this Sunday, May 2nd, 2021 at Tampa Garden Club located at 629 Bayshore Boulevard from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.

Enjoy 20+ restaurants, a beer garden, live music, and more at this annual event, socially-distanced this year in consideration of COVID-19. Dress cool and bring a hat and sunglasses as it is going to be in the upper 80s that day.
South Tampa Chamber President Kelly Flannery, said, “We are thrilled to have so many restaurants return again this year including last year’s people’s choice winner, Flames Indian Cuisine, as well as new additions like Cru Cellars, Brass Tap and The Hatchery…With more than 25 food and beverage options at the event, there is truly something for everyone and the inclusive price gives attendees the opportunity to try a little bit of everything.”
The event is hosted by the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and presented by Older, Lundy, Alvarez & Koch.

Participating food and drink vendors include Blue Ice Vodka, Bulla Gastrobar, Chicken Salad Chick, Centre Club, Cali, Cru Cellars, Daily Eats, Flames, Forbici, Hotel Haya Ybor City, Kombi Keg, Luv Child, MacDinton’s, Meanchi’s Peruvian-inspired sandwiches, Nektar Juice Bar, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Outback, PRP Wine International, Sally O’ Neals, Shula Bar, Siesta Key Rum, Steelbach, Taco Dirty, Sweet Soul, Tampa Pizza Company, The Brass Tap, The Hatchery, and The Shred 813.
Guests will also enjoy a Seltzer Station from White Claw and a Beer Garden with selections from Pepin Distributing including Stella Artois and Floridian Hefeweizen. VIPs will also get a “taste” of cocktails from Cutwater Spirits.
Tickets are now on-sale at UNATION and start at $50. Military and Chamber of Commerce members can enjoy a $10 discount. The event is rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable. Children under 10 receive complimentary admission in the General Admission area. All guests including children of any age will require a paid VIP ticket to enter the VIP area.
The festival will have limited attendance to allow for social distancing in addition to other health and safety protocols that will be available such as increased hand washing and hand sanitizing stations. The ticket price is all inclusive and includes unlimited food and beverage samples, live entertainment, give-aways from business exhibitors and voting for the “Best of South Tampa” awards.

Organizers recommend biking, taxis, ride sharing, or other alternative methods of transportation when possible due to the volume of attendees. Parking is limited.
