HALF MOON BAY, CA – The Forbes Five-Star Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay has reopened its fine-dining restaurant, Navio. The return of the concept is part of a full property refresh, that aims to create a newly revitalized space inspired by the California coast.

Following a meticulous design update by Hirsch Bedner Associates, Navio boasts a stunning new look and guests are welcomed by an expanded entryway, while the interior features natural wood accents, ocean blue hues, and tan leathers reminiscent of the rugged terrain and sandy beaches below the resort. The sustainable and seasonally driven cuisine at Navio is being crafted by Chef de Cuisine Francisco Simón.

“The unveiling of the refreshed Navio marks a significant moment in our property refresh,” says Mathieu Riviere, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. “We are thrilled to offer our guests a revitalized space that captures the essence of the California coast while continuing to deliver the exceptional culinary experiences that Navio is known for.”

The restaurant has returned with dinner service offered Wednesday through Saturday complete with its signature Seven-Course Tasting Menu ($195++ per person) and Three-Course Prix Fixe Menu ($155++ per person).

Brunch will also continue its à la carte menu of individually plated dishes, which can be ordered in any quantity, Saturday and Sunday ($199++ per person)—reservations can be made via Tock.
