TAMPA, FL – Next Level Brands has announced the internal promotion of Heather Rivas within the company to Director of Operations. Her history of success and leadership across 15+ years in high volume, casual, and fine dining restaurants brings knowledge and passion to this new role. 

Rivas has worked at numerous prestigious restaurants in the past, most notably as General Manager for James Beard Award-winning Chef, Sean Brock at his acclaimed restaurant Husk Savannah and as opening General Manager at Tiger Mama, a Boston restaurant ran by James Beard Award Nominee, Chef Tiffani Faison. 

More recently, Rivas held a successful and grand opening for Boulon Brasserie and Bakery as General Manager in Tampa, FL and achieved several awards for the restaurant in her first year including “Best New Restaurant”, “Best Bar”, and Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence.

As Director of Operations, Rivas is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all operational aspects of Next Level Brands Restaurants.
