Rooster and the Till in Tampa’s Seminole Heights offering Mother’s Day brunch to-go

Rooster and the Till, a modern-American neighborhood restaurant in Seminole Heights, is offering Mother’s Day brunch to-go to celebrate the occasion. The restaurant has enjoyed success during the pandemic with to-go service and their Supper Club pickups.

The brunch menu includes orange cinnamon rolls with dulce de leche icing, smoked salmon everything bagel potato rolls, white cheddar Jamison B. Breadhouse biscuits with black garlic wild mushroom gravy and sweet onion agrodolce, short rib yukon gold potato hash with roasted garlic, herb, and tomatoes, and fennel seed and sea salted crusted pork loin with pork fat roasted carrots and onions. 

Rooster is teaming up with Luci and Lucy’s Dough Table for an assorted pastry box including Strawberry Cheesecake macarons, coffee, linzer cookies, and chocolate eclairs. 

The to-go brunch special serves 6 people and costs $275 per package. Those interested can order on Tock.

For those looking for libations, two special champagne add-ons will be available to order. They will offer a standard mimosa bar with sparkling wine and orange juice for $35 and a lychee rose with sparkling Lambrusco, lychee syrup, and a lychee garnish for $40. 

Limited quantities are available for pick-up on Sunday, May 9th at 10:00 AM and your order must be prepaid. Rooster and the Till is located at 6500 North Florida Avenue in Tampa’s Seminole Heights neighborhood.

Chef Ferrell Alvarez is an award-winner and was also James Beard nominated for Best Chef South (2017), he started off as a dishwasher at the age of 15 and attended Cincinnati Culinary Arts Academy. He also owns Nebraska Mini-Mart and Gallito Taqueria in Tampa.
