ORLANDO, FL – Universal Orlando Resort has released plans for Mardi Gras 2026,also known as Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval, running from Feb. 7 through Apr. 4. Access to the festivities is included with regular park admission to Universal Studios Florida.

New music acts will also dazzle audiences at Mardi Gras. This year’s performers include Bebe Rexha, Zedd, Kaskade, The All-American Rejects, Shaggy, Ivy Queen, Barenaked Ladies and more. Performances run from Feb. 7 through Mar. 28.

Guests can also enjoy a unique bonus with the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience, which includes a savory three-course meal and a reserved spot on a Mardi Gras parade float. The Mardi Gras Tribute Store will also return this year to the Hollywood section of the theme park, featuring a new theme and selection of exclusive merchandise.

One of the best parts of Mardi Gras is the diverse food options and libations that change each year. Universal Orlando Resort has announced a number of options this year including Baked Cajun Mac & Cheese, a Ham, Brie and Berry Crepe, Vienna-Style Pork Schnitzel, Pinchos de Lechon, along with fan-favorites like the New Orleans-inspired Beignets and the iconic Cat 5 drink.

During Mardi Gras, Universal Orlando Resort hotels and CityWalk restaurants will also have specials including Bourbon Street Beignets at The Kitchen in the Hard Rock Hotel to Korean Cajun Jambalaya at Bar 17 Bistro in Universal Aventura Hotel to Voodoo Street Fries at the Pier 8 Market in Universal Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites, among other items. Hotel guests can also enjoy exclusive benefits during their visit, including Early Park Admission and complimentary transportation to the theme parks.

More ways to save during Mardi Gras 2026

Additionally, visitors can taste more and save more at Mardi Gras with the purchase of a Universal Orlando Resort Food and Beverage Card, allowing them to relish in the delectable flavors of Mardi Gras and enjoy more for less by paying $65 for a $75 card.

Annual and Seasonal Passholders are eligible for special savings with the purchase of an exclusive $150 card for only $120. The Universal Orlando Resort Food and Beverage Card is available for purchase at Mardi Gras food & beverage locations throughout Universal Studios Florida and can be redeemed at any food & beverage location at all four Universal Orlando theme parks, and Universal CityWalk.

Current Annual and Seasonal Passholders can also save 15 percent off the ticketed price of the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience with a valid Pass and photo ID at the time of purchase or redemption. This discount is available for purchases made online, at the Front Gate, at Guest Services, or by calling 407-224-7554.
