ORLANDO, FL – Rémy Martin teamed up with the Michelin Guide for the MICHELIN Guide Revelation Celebration in Orlando, Florida at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes on Thursday, June 9. An exclusive partner of the Michelin Guide, Rémy Martin was honored to be part of the celebrations and discovery of chefs and restaurants leading the way to culinary growth in Florida as the first guide in the state launches.
Similar to the passion seen in the honorees, the work mirrors the commitment of the Cellar Masters at Rémy Martin, with a vision of excellence and craftsmanship to the Cognac Fine Champagne they produce.
Restaurants honored in Orlando included Soseki, Kadence, and Knife & Spoon receiving One-Michelin-Star, and Bib Gourmand designation being awarded to Bombay Street Kitchen, Domu, Papa Llama, The Ravenous Pig, Strand, Swine & Sons, and Z Asian.
The evening began with specialty cocktails including the Rémy Martin VSOP Pomme d’Or and the Rémy Martin XO Constellation, while guests mingled before the ceremony.
The celebration also featured an interactive bar by Rémy Martin known as the Opulence Revealed Experience, a multi-sensory tasting experience that allows guests to discover a deeper understanding and appreciation of the finer points of Rémy Martin XO and Rémy Martin Tercet.
The Opulence Revealed is an exploration of textures, flavors, and aromas, and brings to life the intrinsic story of Rémy Martin’s exceptional cognacs.
The bar experience featured a spread of flavors and delicacies that revealed the many layers of the Rémy cognacs between the blending of 400 different eaux-de-vie in Rémy Martin XO and the perfect blend seen in Tercet, which is made by three talents: Rémy Martin’s Cellar Master, Master Distiller, and Wine Master.
