The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino recently re-opened the Jubao Palace Noodle Bar and Center Bar after renovations. The Noodle Bar has expanded from 16 seats to 44 seats and features a “new upscale and enhanced design.
Restaurant hours are 11:30AM to 4AM Monday to Thursday, 11:30AM to 5AM Fridays & Saturdays, and 11AM to 4AM on Sundays.
It is probably the only place you can grab late-night Vietnamese and Cantonese cuisine in Tampa.
The re-design was done by Klai Juba Wald Interiors.
In addition, The Center Bar has a new and upgraded look designed by Wimberly with 12 TV’s set to sports broadcasting and 17 slot machines lining the bar surface. It can fit up to 90 people.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood restaurant at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will host a winemaker dinner on Thursday, February 15th, 2018.
The event will begin at 6PM with a cocktail reception and proceed to a four-course dinner at 7PM prepared by the culinary team at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood in an open kitchen format that allows guest to witness their food being prepared.
Wines will be featured from Caymus, Mer Soleil, Conundrum and Red Schooner.
Menu items include :
Bay scallop anticucho (hors d’oeuvre)
Florida citrus poached South African lobster tail (first course)
Grilled American Wagyu skirt steak (second course)
Caymus infused-sous vide tomahawk short rib (third course)
Asian pear panna cotta (dessert)

This Thursday, July 28th, 2016 – Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino located at 5223 North Orient Road will host a High West Distillery Dinner in the Council Oak Lounge with a cocktail reception at 6:30PM and dinner promptly at 7:00PM. This event is for guests ages 21 years and older.
The four-course will showcase innovative culinary dishes paired with High West Distillery spirits including: HighWest Distillery Silver Whiskey, HighWest Distillery American Prairie Bourbon, HighWest Distillery Campfire, HighWest Distillery Limited Release – Yippee Ki-Yay and HighWest Distillery Double Rye.
Each guest who attends will receive a commemorative bottle of HighWest Distillery Double Rye. There will also be a special performance by Josh Carroll.

High West Distillery began in 2009 and was opened in Park City, Utah – becoming the first distillery in Utah since 1870, pre-prohibition era. The distillery was founded by David, a biochemist with a passion for whiskey, and his wife, Jane Perkins. The High West Master Distiller, Brendan Coyle, has a Master’s of Science in Brewing and Distilling Science from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland and began his career at Red Rock Brewing Company.
