New Tampa

New Tampa is a developing area of town with plenty of homeowners and USF college students residing in the area. There are a number of restaurants nearby as well as pubs and also a large movie theater. The Tampa Palms area nearby has many affluent people living nearby and some restaurants in the area reflect this.
